Service FAQs

I don’t see the service I need. Does that mean you don’t do it?

No! The services listed are just a selection of what I offer. Please contact me so we can discuss your needs.

Can I use you for more than one of your services?

Absolutely! I am more than happy to put together a custom package based on your needs and wishes. This may be a mix-and-match package that combines multiple services.

I don’t know how much or how little help I need?

Once we’ve had our Discovery Call, I will be able to help you figure out whether you need a fixed package, a monthly retainer, or something else.

Contract FAQs

Is there a minimum contract period?

I offer a one-month trial, to make sure we are a good fit for each other. After that, a minimum of three months for retainers.

What if I want to terminate my retainer contract?

During the first trial month, no notice is needed, although no refund will be given. After that, a minimum of one month's notice needs to be provided before the end of the three-month retainer period.

Can I carry my retainer hours over to the next month?

No. I will let you know on the 20th of each month how many hours are remaining. You can decide to drop down (or move up) a package for the next month.

Payment FAQs

Are there any hidden costs?

Nope! You’ll pay what’s on your monthly invoice, which will be what we agreed at the start of our contract. If there are any additional software platforms that I recommend, you will always be notified first.

In the case of my fees increasing, you will be provided with one month’s notice.

How do I pay?

You may pay in the following ways:

  • Direct Bank Transfer

  • GoCardless

Details will always be provided on the invoice.

How many days do I have to pay my invoice?

14 days from the date of invoice.

Getting Started FAQs

How do we get started?

Once you have signed the contract and made the first payment, I will arrange an Onboarding Call. This will allow us to agree on the path forward.

This will also be the time that we share key information about login details and any other pertinent details relevant to the tasks at hand.

How do you track your hours?

I use a time tracker app to track my time spent on each client.

How do we share valuable information?

I use Project Management tools to share details about tasks and projects (if you do not use one already I can recommend and set this up as part of our onboarding process).

I use LastPass or Dashlane to share valuable passwords and login information.
